Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time after the 3-month term has expired. Visit Subscriptions from your account to update your preferences before your next fulfillment date.

Can I place my order if I live in another country?

Currently the service is only available in Spain, but if you are interested you can contact us at info@laboratoriosneum.com and we will study your case.

When will I be charged for my order?

As soon as you subscribe to the plans, it will be processed and charged. Once we have verified that the payment has been made, we will start your order.

How can I track my order?

We provide order tracking information. Tracking data is provided. We work with the shipping agency ENVIALIA.

What is the return process?

Once the 3 month period has passed, you can process the cancellation of the plan and you will not be charged for the following month. We will contact you to pick up the machine.

How much space will my fragrance diffuser be able to cover?

Tower and Cube Neum diffusers have the capacity to scent spaces of up to 1000m2, depending on their location, degree of work and air flow to which it is exposed.

Does my diffuser come with a warranty?

Yes, Tower and Cube Neum diffusers have a 1 year warranty.

Where should I place my aroma diffuser?

For optimal scenting, we recommend placing the units close to air flows, in ventilation areas or in transit areas.

The Tower Neum diffuser can be placed on the floor in an isolated location. The Cube Neum diffuser can be anchored to the wall. 

Under no circumstances should the outlet of the diffuser be obstructed or located near crowds or narrow passages.

I have a problem with my diffuser Where can I find help?

Please refer to the user manual. If you need further assistance, please contact the support service at soporte@laboratoriosneum.com.

What is the return process?

How long does the fragrance last?

Depending on the degree and time of work configured, its duration can range from 1 to 2 months.

Are fragrances safe?

Our selection of essences is free of substances classified as CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction).

In addition, we follow the guidelines issued by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), a regulatory body whose objective is to ensure the safety of fragrance materials.

From Laboratorios Neum Spain we recommend that, in its handling, the instructions for use, as well as the instructions in the safety data sheet, be followed.

How can I choose my scent?

We put at your disposal this TEST of aromas to help you find the perfect fragrance for your space. If you wish we can send you samples of 1 to 4 scents. Complete the form on the Web and request them now by clicking HERE. We will contact you to coordinate delivery.

I have started up the equipment and do not notice any odor.

If you do not appreciate the odor of the equipment, it is possible that the initial setting is not sufficient. Turn it up a notch or select a more intensive setting.
